We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, practice name, and message when you submit our contact form. We collect standard web analytics data: pages visited, referral source, browser type, and device type via Plausible Analytics and Google Analytics 4. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
2. How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry about our services. To improve our website based on aggregate usage patterns. To send occasional communications if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data storage and security
Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. Analytics data is anonymized at collection. We retain contact form submissions for 24 months, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@alairlab.com.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for analytics purposes. Plausible Analytics is cookieless by default. GA4 uses cookies for session tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. CCPA / CPRA rights (California residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, email hello@alairlab.com. We do not sell personal information.
6. Third-party services
Our website uses: Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Plausible Analytics (analytics), Google Analytics 4 (analytics), and Cloudflare (DNS and security). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling. No protected health information (PHI) is collected, stored, or transmitted through this website or its analytics services.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email to past clients.
