4. No guarantees or warranties

Alairlab provides website design and development services. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, patient volume, consultation requests, or revenue increases. All case studies, metrics, and examples reflect individual client outcomes and are not indicative of typical results. Your results will depend on your specific practice, market, content, and other factors beyond our control.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, in no event shall alairlab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or related to our services or these terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Alairlab's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to alairlab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
