Website Design & Development for Medical Practices
Custom-built websites. Lighthouse scores above 95. Your practice, not a template.
Get in touchThe Problem
Most medical practice websites are built on templates. They load slowly, rank poorly, and look indistinguishable from the practice two blocks away. Template sites convert at lower rates because they communicate "generic" before the visitor reads a single word.
Our Approach
We build each site as a unique digital asset. Every layout, every interaction, every page is designed around your specific practice — your patient demographics, your service mix, your brand personality. The code is lean by default. No unnecessary JavaScript, no bloated frameworks, no third-party dependencies that slow down your site.

Process
How we build.
01
Discovery & positioning
Two-hour structured interview with key stakeholders. We define your practice positioning — who you serve, what makes you different, and how patients should perceive you. We map the patient journey from first search to post-treatment review.
02
Architecture
We design the sitemap, user flows, and content hierarchy. Every page has a purpose — ranking for a specific procedure in a specific location, converting a specific visitor profile.
03
Design
Full-page mockups in the browser (not Figma). You see the actual site, on your actual device, during the design phase. Revisions are made in real time.
04
Build
Hand-coded from scratch. Each page is built, optimized, and tested individually. We maintain a preview environment so you can track progress.
05
Launch
DNS cutover, SSL provisioning, search console setup. We monitor for 72 hours post-launch and resolve any issues before handoff.

Get in touchFAQ
Common questions.
How long does a site take to build?
Twelve to sixteen weeks from kickoff to launch. The timeline depends on content readiness — sites where the practice provides photography and copy on schedule tend to come in at twelve weeks.
Do you use WordPress?
No. We build on a modern framework that produces static HTML. This means faster load times, better security, and lower hosting costs. There is no database to maintain, no plugins to update, nothing to hack.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes. For clients who want a CMS, we integrate Sanity headless CMS. For clients who prefer set-and-forget, we handle updates on a monthly retainer basis.
Do you build for multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location practices get a unique approach — each location gets its own landing pages, service areas, and schema markup while maintaining brand consistency.
