Websites for medical practices
that already command a premium.
Most medical practice sites treat high-end patients like ordinary ones. We build digital presence that attracts the consultation requests you want.

[01] What You Get
Beyond design and development.
A website is the easy part. What clients pay for is what happens before and after it.
Positioning that filters
We help you clarify who you serve best. The right patients self-select. The wrong ones self-select out. That is the entire strategy.
Measured results
Each case is different. One practice saw consultation requests increase 2.3×. Another raised average treatment value 38%. We report actual numbers, not averages.
Built to last
Hand-coded on Astro. No templates. No page builders. Lighthouse target 95+, load time target under 1.5s. Six months of post-launch support included.
[02] Method
A deliberate process.
01
Discovery
1 week
Three hours of structured interviews with your team. We deliver a positioning document and competitive audit. You will have to make uncomfortable decisions about who you do not want as a patient.
02
Design
3 weeks
Two distinct directions. You pick one. We refine it into a full system. The fastest projects are the ones where someone on your team can make decisions quickly.
03
Build
4–6 weeks
Hand-coded, weekly demo deployments. The build itself is the fastest phase. The variable is content. Photos, bios, service descriptions from your side. That usually takes longer than anyone expects.
04
Launch & Beyond
6 months included
Post-launch support: bug fixes, content updates, analytics reviews. Up to four hours of changes per month included. After six months, quarterly retainer available if you need ongoing work.
[03] Selected Work
Recent engagements.
“alairlab didn’t just redesign our site. They reframed how we talk about our practice. The patients who book now are the ones we want to see.”
DR. RACHEL VOGEL, PACIFIC AESTHETIC CENTER
[04] Engagement
What to expect.
Every engagement is custom. We take on two to three new clients per quarter. Each project includes strategy, design, build, and six months of post-launch support.
01
Strategy-first
Positioning document, target patient profile, and competitive audit before a single design decision.
02
Hand-crafted
No templates. No page builders. Every pixel deliberate, every interaction considered.
03
Long-term view
Six months of post-launch support included. We stay until the site is performing.
FAQ
Questions.
What makes your approach different from a traditional agency?
We start with positioning, not design. Before a single pixel is placed, we deliver a strategy document that forces you to decide who you do and do not want as a patient. Most agencies skip this because it is harder to sell than a logo.
How long does an engagement actually take?
Twelve to sixteen weeks from kickoff to launch when content arrives on time. The most common delay is waiting for practice photos, provider bios, and service descriptions. We recommend starting your content gathering before the project begins.
What does post-launch support actually include?
Six months of bug fixes, content updates, and analytics reporting. Up to four hours of changes per month. After six months, we transition to a quarterly retainer if you want ongoing work. Most clients choose to continue.
How do I know this will work for my practice?
You do not know beforehand. Neither do we. That is why we start with a strategy phase before any design work. If the strategy does not reveal a clear angle, we tell you early. We have turned down engagements where we could not identify a real opportunity.
What if I already have a site I like?
Keep it. If your current site drives the volume and quality of consultations you want, there is no reason to change. We only take on work where we believe we can make a measurable difference.
[05] Next
Let’s talk.
If you are considering a new site, we should talk. No slides. No pressure. No follow-up if it’s not a fit.
Your 30-minute call
- 01 You tell us about your practice and the patients you want to reach.
- 02 We tell you whether we can help and roughly what it would involve.
- 03 If it is not a fit, we say so. No follow-up emails. No drip campaigns.
