The Challenge

A twelve-chair practice operating well below its potential. The existing site was generic, indistinguishable from neighboring practices, and attracting primarily insurance-dependent patients. The team had invested heavily in technology and training — but not in how they showed up online.

The Approach

Discovery

Three hours of structured interviews with the principal dentist, two associates, and the office manager. We mapped the patient journey from first search to post-treatment review.

Positioning

The practice had a real differentiator: same-day CEREC restorations. We built the entire positioning around this, anchored by the phrase "dentistry without the second appointment."

Design

A restrained visual system. No stock photography. Real case work, real team portraits, real office environment photographed over two half-days.

Build

Hand-coded on Astro. Lighthouse score 98. Load time under 1.2 seconds. Handed off with documentation the staff could maintain.
