The Challenge
A four-physician facial aesthetics practice that had outgrown a site built five years earlier by a medical marketing agency. The site looked like every other med spa in Los Angeles. The practice was competing on price when it should have been competing on expertise.
The Approach

Discovery
Extended discovery with all four physicians. We identified the practice's distinct point of view: results that look natural, not done.

Positioning
We reframed the practice as a destination, not a provider. Language shifted from services to philosophy. The word "premium" never appears on the site.

Design
Restrained palette anchored by deep greens and warm neutrals. Typography at a scale that commands attention without competing with photography.

Build & Launch
Full Astro build with integrated booking. Post-launch measurement included. Monthly reporting on consultation volume and source attribution.
